Single pass beating machine is mostly used for beating fruits and vegetables. It is an ideal equipment for making jam, fruit juice and vegetable juice. The juice in the flesh of fruits and vegetables is separated from the skin and seeds. The flesh juice is used in the next process, and the skin and seeds are treated as waste.

3、 Operation process of single beater:

 

The motor is driven by a belt to make the scraper installed on the spline rotate at high speed. When the broken fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the slurry receiving tray will evenly discharge the material to the scraper and screen. Because of the reverse effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving track is in a spiral shape. During the moving process between the scraper and the sieve cylinder, the material is crushed by the centrifugal force, and the juice and meat (already pulped) are sent from the sieve hole to the next process (double and three beaters are linked to repeat the above process), skin and seed, etc Then discharge from the slag hopper to achieve the intention of active separation. As long as the screen of different standards is changed and the lead angle of scraper is adjusted, different beating speeds can be changed to achieve satisfactory results.

 

 

The specific operation process is as follows: the motor is driven by a belt to make the rotor parts installed on the spline rotate at a high speed. The fruit enters the machine from the feed port, and the material is spirally transported to the beating bar by the feeding blade. Under the effect of the beating bar, the material is crushed. Because of the centrifugal force, the juice and meat (already pulped) in the pulp enter the next beating process through the sieve hole on the screen (the sieve hole depends on the size of the fruit core), and the core is discharged from the slag outlet by the slag pulp leaf, so as to realize the active separation of pulp and slag.
