The roller classifier uses the rotation of several roller screens with different apertures to classify the fruits with different diameters. Because the operation of the whole machine is stable, and there is no mechanical damage to the real, the grading power is high, and the noise is small, which is in line with the trend of modern agricultural machinery.
 
 
The drum is divided into several groups, and the number of groups is the required grading number minus 1. There are many small holes on the drum, and the hole diameters of each group are different, while the hole diameters in the same group are the same. From the material inlet to the outlet, the aperture of the latter group is larger than that of the former group, and the material smaller than the aperture of the first group falls out from the first group and is collected into one level by funnel, and so on. The classifier has high power and is widely used in the field of food classification.
 
 
During the operation, the screened material enters into the screen drum from the feeding equipment, rises along the inner wall of the rotary screen drum, and falls loose after rising to a certain height. In this way, the material continuously entering into the screen drum will gradually move to the outlet of the other end of the screen drum under the effect of pressure and looseness. When the material is smaller than the sieve hole, the material is removed from the sieve drum through the sieve hole.
 
 
The drum classifier has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, high classification power, low speed rotation of materials in the drum screen, and little mechanical damage to the fruit itself. Therefore, it can well meet the production requirements of food processing plants, and has strong application and promotion value.
 
 
The drum classifier can plan a series of screen cylinders. In the same series, different types of screen cylinders can be included, such as round hole, plane long hole, corrugated long hole, concave round hole, rectangular hole, etc., so as to meet different grading requirements, complete rough selection, fine selection, adapt to different material requirements, and complete multi-purpose of one machine
