Screw juicer is used to press tomato, pineapple, apple and orange juice. Working principle: the main component of the equipment is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet, while the screw pitch decreases gradually. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity decreases, forming the pressing of the material. The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag chute. The raw materials are put into the feeding hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. The pressure regulator moves along the axial direction to adjust the size of the gap. Clockwise by hand (from the slag chute of the equipment to the hopper end, when turning into the hand wheel bearing seat, the gap to the left of the pressure regulator head will decrease, otherwise, the gap will increase.) Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the slag rate, but if the gap is too small, under the strong extrusion, local slag particles and juice will be extruded together through the filter screen. Although the juice output increases, the quality of juice drops relatively. The size of the gap should depend on the user's detailed process requirements.
